Any equipment from the Fife Equipment Loan Store will have a label on it. If you no longer need it, it must be returned.

If your equipment is faulty or broken, you can contact the Fife Equipment Store for a replacement.

Staff may advise you to ask for a new assessment if:

• there are concerns about the suitability of a replacement
• they don’t have a similar item available

Changes to your weight or body shape may also affect your ability to safely use your equipment. You should stop using it and request a new assessment.
