Who can use this service

You can apply if you cannot move your bins because of:

• a disability
• a medical condition
• age or frailty

How the service works

We will collect your bins from your property and return them after they are emptied.

If your bins are stored in a communal area, label your bin with your house number or name so our crews can identify it.
