Your questions about bins, housing repairs, registration, rent or other council services can all be answered Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm by clicking the red chat button. Where webchat is available look for it on the right of your screen.

Visit us in person

We’re reopening Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Cupar and Glenrothes Customer Service Centres from Monday 7th September.  

Limited appointments will be available from these centres. Please only visit if you have an appointment. Where possible, we will continue contacting customers using the telephone or online.

Methil, Cowdenbeath and Inverkeithing Customer Service Centres will reopen on week starting 14th September.
