My child needs someone to travel with them

Your child may be eligible for the companion element (+1) on their card if they meet the eligibility criteria for their age group.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Higher or Middle rate of the Personal Care Component of CDP
• Higher or Middle rate of the Personal Care Component of DLA
• Registered Severely Sight Impaired

Application Process: Email the following documents to concessionary.travel@fife.gov.uk:

• CDP or DLA award letter or confirmation of Severe Sight Impairment/VYNCIP registration
• Copy of birth certificate or passport
• Passport-style photograph of the child
