What happens after you apply

We will contact you when a decision has been made.

If your circumstances change before you hear from us, let us know as soon as possible.

Providing evidence

You can book an appointment with a customer service advisor if you need to hand in evidence to support your application

Current processing dates

As of 24 June 2026, we're currently working on applications received on 22 June 2026.

Do not contact us for an update if you have applied after this date.

Tracking your application

The online tracker can be used to confirm the status of your application. The tracker will tell you:

  • when your application was received and that it is being processed, or
  • whether your application has been granted or refused

You should refer to the processing dates above for an estimated wait time.

Receiving an award

If awarded, you will receive a voucher that can be redeemed at a PayPoint Store.

Vouchers will be sent by text message or may need collected from your nearest Customer Service Centre.
