Online support
Our dedicated website for Cost of Living support is available for you to access whenever you need it. The website covers a range of different subjects that can support you during the rise in living costs. Including the free Fife Benefit Checker, support with heating costs and accessing food.
Telephone support
If you need some help using our Fife Benefit Checker, or have any questions about the benefits and money advice available to you, call our Community Support helpline on 0800 952 0330 . Our helpline is available 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Alternatively, you can book a Cost of Living appointment for a call back from a member of staff at a time that is convenient for you.
Face to face support
We understand that you might prefer to speak to us face to face and we have flexible options available for you.
Our community teams run drop in and appointment only sessions offering support with benefits and money advice. Sessions are available is:
