What happens after you apply
We will contact you when a decision has been made. We may need to ask for additional information first.
While you wait to hear from us we suggest you look alternative options.
If your circumstances change before you hear from us, let us know as soon as possible.
Current processing dates
As of 2 May 2025, we are currently working on applications received on 20 March 2025.
Please do not contact us if you have applied after this date.
Tracking your application
The online tracker can be used to confirm the status of your application. The tracker will tell you:
- when your application was received and that it is being processed, or
- whether your application and been granted or refused
You should refer to the processing dates above for an estimated wait time.
Receiving a grant
If successful, we do need to speak to you before we issue your grant.
You will be provided with the goods from our suppliers. You will be contacted directly to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery.
