You can view the status of your invoice using View Invoices. Please note that invoices with an Incomplete status have not been submitted and require further action from the supplier.
You can view the due date for payment in View Invoices. Please note that if the invoice is on hold, this could delay payment.
You cannot view the remittance report which would normally come to you via email. However, in the View Payments section, you can view details of payments including invoices, purchase orders, amounts etc.

Purchase orders and agreements
You can view the purchase order PDF using Manage Orders - click on the order number hyperlink to open it up, then click the View PDF button to download a copy.
Contact the requester named on the purchase order PDF to have the price amended, prior to submitting an invoice.
When viewing purchase orders in Manage Orders section, be sure to include closed documents in the search by clicking the dropdown and changing to Yes, if required.

You can see a breakdown of all purchase orders that have been released against a specific Contract Purchase Agreement or Blanket Purchase Agreement (catalogue) in Manage Agreements and by clicking on the Released Amount hyperlink.
No, standard functionality is set up to email the purchase order to one recipient only. However, you can have multiple portal accounts set up and users can log in and obtain a copy of the purchase order there.
