• supporting evidence (you will upload this)
• details of where your bins are kept
• details of how we can access your bins

Supporting evidence

Your evidence must confirm you cannot put your bins out. 

We can accept an email or letter from:

• a health professional
• a social worker or housing officer
• a carer or support worker
• your local councillor
