Report antisocial behaviour

Use this form if you wish to tell us about antisocial behaviour.

We monitor these reports Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.

Call the police on 101 if the antisocial behaviour is happening right now. In an emergency, call 999 immediately and ask for the police.

Who it's about

In some circumstances, we cannot take any action.

If it's about a housing association tenant, contact the relevant housing association and they will investigate.

If it's about a business, the Public Protection team will be able to help.

What we cannot help with

We can act on most issues with antisocial behaviour, involving council tenants and members of the public.

The following types of behaviours, however, are not regarded as antisocial:

  • everyday living noises (for example, use of washing machines/TVs and children playing)
  • social media disputes
  • smell of drugs from property
  • parking or boundary disputes
  • lifestyle clashes
  • times when other people receive visitors (unless causing noise issues)

You can find out how we manage the personal information you provide by reading the privacy policy.
