If a parking machine is not working
If you are unable to pay at a parking machine, please follow the instructions displayed on the machine. Call 03451 55 15 07 and leave your vehicle registration details.
A member of our team will record your vehicle details on our system to confirm that you attempted to pay. This ensures you only need to make one payment.
We do not provide refunds for duplicate parking tickets purchased because a machine was not working. Refunds will not be issued where the instructions on the parking machine have not been followed.
Free parking for Blue Badge holders and motorcycles
Blue Badge holders and motorcycle riders can park in any Fife Council parking space without purchasing a ticket.

Cycle parking
We encourage people to walk, cycle, and use public transport whenever possible. Reducing car journeys helps cut congestion and benefits the environment.
To support active and sustainable travel, cycle parking is available at a number of our car parks and public transport interchanges.
Car park maintenance
The Parking Management team is responsible for maintaining Fife Council car parks, including parking bay markings.
