Council tax freeze confirmed for 2021/22

This article is more than 3 years old

At today's Fife Council meeting (Thursday 25 February), councillors agreed to freeze council tax rates for 2021/22.

We recognise the financial pressure many households are under - and additional funding that's been announced by the Scottish Government.

See the full detail of charges for different council tax bands here. This information includes the water and waste water charges which are set by Scottish Water.

Fife Council collects water charges along with council tax but we don't have any control over them. These charges are increasing for 2021/22 so, despite the council tax freeze, you will see a slight difference on the bill we send out.
