When will I receive my card?

You should allow up to 10 working days from the date your application was approved for your card to arrive.

If you are turning 60 within the next 2 weeks, your card will be printed and dispatched from the suppliers 2 working days before your birthday. This means you will not receive your card until after your birthday. Please do not book any bus travel journeys until you have received your card.

If you haven't received your card after 14 days, you can call 03451 55 00 66 to check the status of your card.
