If your details have changed or you require a replacement card, you can request it in one of the following ways:

• getyournec.scot - you will need your 16-digit card number to request a replacement card. If you don't have this, call our contact centre on 03451 55 00 66 for help.
• You can update your details on a card or replace a lost, stolen, or faulty card by completing Request a replacement/Make changes to your NEC.
• Email Myfife.Account@fife.gov.uk
• Drop into your nearest Local Council Office
