The Glen Pavillion

Glen Pavillion

Property Services provided Architectural, Quantity Surveying (in partnership with Building Services), with external consultants being employed for the Mechanical and Electrical sections.

This project comprised 2Nr extensions, to provide a modern café area and link between two sections of the historic part of the building.

The purpose of this project was to enhance the Glen Pavilion in terms of facilities and to have an area where the general public can appreciate the park grounds itself. Externally, this has provided a modern addition to a listed building with silicone render system and a band of curtain walling on the two main elevations; with the large terrace also visible on these two elevations.

Internally, the facility consists of a café, male, female and disabled toilet facilities, a kids play area and a preparation room.

The delivery of this project was successful in terms of providing on time with the end user satisfied with what has been achieved.
