Silversands Restaurant
Property Services provided Architectural and Quantity Surveying services, in partnership with Building Services, supported by Consultant Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to deliver the project.
The existing restaurant was destroyed by fire and works involved building a new facility and refurbishing an adjacent undamaged toilet block.
The new building features a large dining area with extensive areas of glass overlooking the forth estuary. Timber cladding and a green roof support the Council’s sustainability credentials and the facility provides a major boost to tourism in the area.
