Auchmuty Learning Centre
Complete refurbishment & extension of adult learning centre. Property Services provided Architectural, Quantity Surveying (in partnership with Building Services), Mechanical and Electrical design to the project.
The external fabric was renewed, and two small extension were built to completely change the internal layout providing four large multi-purpose teaching spaces, a new main entrance leading to a welcoming central café and kitchen, an open plan workstation area, new ancillary accommodation and staff offices.
The project was a great success providing excellent learning facilities for the people of Glenrothes fit for the 21st Century.
