Opportunities Fife has a Modern Apprenticeship programme that can help you expand your employee's skills and knowledge.
Apprenticeships are available in a number of areas and trainees are helped and encouraged to progress through the various stages needed to gain a qualification. Not only does this help your business, but the trainee will have the opportunity to gain various skills from communication and teamwork to IT and problem-solving.
Please note
- All trainees must be in employment to take part and should be aged 16-19 years old.
- The programme is free to the trainee with further opportunity of funding towards training costs.
- The employer will still have to contribute towards the training costs and cover the employee’s wages.
