Use this form to apply to join the Fife Housing Register.

Before completing this form, you need to make sure you have:

• completed a Housing Option Plan to give you suggestions suited to your individual housing needs
• used the FHR properties tool to look at properties in each area of Fife to inform your choices

What you will need

• your email address, phone number and your National Insurance number
• three year address history for you and any joint applicants - both your current and past landlords
• names and dates of births of everyone you are including in your application
• a copy of your lease or notice to leave paperwork from your landlord, if you're renting your home
  

Anyone on your application over 16 years old, and not currently living with you, will need to complete a separate application form. This allows us to better assess your application for housing.

You will need to create a mygovscot myaccount to be able to start your application. It should take around 30 minutes to complete. You can save as you go, to avoid losing any progress.
