Application for Business Support Grant from Coronavirus Fund

To complete this form you will need:

• To ensure eligibility as outlined
• The Business Rates Account Reference number for the business
• An electronic copy (photo, scan, download) of a bank statement associated with the business
• In the case of self catering premises or caravans an electronic copy (photo, scan, download) of evidence of earnings and lettings for financial year 2019-20
• In the case of additional grant applications, details of all other grants received
• In the case of Cumulative Rateable Value application, details of all eligible properties
• Contact details for a person we can get in touch with about the application including an email address
• Bank account information for the business

You will receive confirmation that your application has been successfully submitted at the end.

The deadline for applications to the Business Support Fund is 5pm, 10th July 2020.
