Accept or Reject a Nursery Placement

Use this form if you have received a letter to confirm that your child has been allocated an early learning and childcare (nursery) place.

You need to let us know by Friday 25th April 2025 if you would like to accept or reject the nursery place you have been offered.

If we don't receive a response by this date then your place will be withdrawn and re-allocated to another child.
