What you will need to know:

For a placing request:

• The type of school (primary or secondary) applied for
  
• The name of the school
• The reason for the appeal
• Enquiry details

For a school exclusion:

• The reason for applying against the exclusion
• Enquiry details

This form can only be used to submit an Education Appeal for a school place or school exclusion.
