Go-Flexi is an on-demand bus service that will provides a Flexible way of travelling. This service has been funded by SEStrans Transport to Employment grant. It will be managed by Fife Council and operated by Moffat & Williamson.
The service provides transport to healthcare facilities, including GP surgeries and dental practices. It also offers connections to key transport hubs such as Leven Bus Station, Leven Railway Station and Cameron Bridge Railway Station, enabling onward travel across the wider transport network. In addition, the service can take passengers to a range of shopping destinations.

The introduction of the Go-Flexi in Levenmouth has been made possible thanks to a Transport to Employment funding. Transport to Employment is a Scottish Government initiative that is administered and supported by SEStran.
The purpose of the SEStran Transport to Employment Programme 2026-27 is to reduce transport barriers that prevent people from accessing employment, training and employability opportunities, with a particular focus on tackling child poverty.
The main objectives of the grant agreement are as follows:
- Improve the availability of transport options for people accessing training and employment opportunities.
- Address affordability and accessibility barriers that make it difficult for people to travel to work or training.
- Increase family incomes by reducing transport barriers to employment, thereby helping to tackle child poverty.
