We’re currently experiencing problems with our Automated Telephone Payment (ATP) line. We've raised this with our supplier and they're currently investigating. In the meantime, payments can still be made online at by selecting ‘Pay it online.’ Alternatively, for anyone not online, call 03451 55 55 55 for Council Tax or 03451 55 00 44 for the Money & payment line. Please note however, that these lines are also much busier than usual. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this causes and appreciate your patience.
