Public toilets to re-open

This article is more than 3 years old

*****UPDATE Friday 10 July 2020******

The public toilets at Aberdour, Silver Sands, will re-open on Saturday 11 July rather than Wednesday 15 July and the toilets at Lochore Meadows will re-open on Wednesday 15 July rather than Saturday 11 July.

We will start opening some of our public toilets from tomorrow (Friday 10 July).

Public toilets were temporarily closed in line with Scottish Government Covid 19 guidance.

Before reopening them, we’ve cleansed the water systems to minimise the risk of Legionella and have been working up improved cleaning plans to ensure the health and safety of users.

All 31-street access public toilets will be open for the community and visitors by 15 July at the latest.
