Applying for Free Bus Travel

First-time users

• If you are applying for a card for the first time, visit getyournec.scot. Please note that a photographic ID (Passport, Driving Licence, Young Scot or PASS accredited card, or Yoti account) is required.
• If you cannot apply online, download and print the Apply for the Young Person Under 22 Travel Scheme – 11 to 21 paper form

Existing users

• Search "Transport Scotland Pass Collect" on your app store to download the app and add free bus travel to your existing card.
• If you cannot apply online, download and print the Existing NEC Cardholders aged 11 - 21 Paper form

If you are unable to print an application, email YPfreebustravel@fife.gov.uk or call the Contact Centre at 03451 55 00 66 to have an application posted to you.
