You must request the day before you intend to travel.
- For Friday/Saturday travel: Book on Thursday
- For Sunday/Monday travel: Book on Friday

Important travel information
Risk assessment
To ensure that we are transporting our passengers and their equipment safely, we must conduct a Risk Assessment on all wheelchairs and scooters before they travel on our vehicles
Scheduling
The service aims to provide a journey within 10 minutes of your requested time. If the time changes by more than 10 minutes, you will be notified.
Shared journeys
As a demand-responsive service, you will likely share the bus with other passengers being picked up or dropped off. Allow extra time for this.
Availability
Transport is subject to demand; there may be occasions where a request cannot be fulfilled or only one-way travel is offered.
