Licence costs
Short-term let fees vary depending on:
- the maximum number of guests
- the type of licence

If you have an occupancy of more than 20, you need to pay £59 for every 1-2 additional guests.
For example:
- 1-2 guests - £59
- 3-4 guests - £118 (£59 x 2)
- 5-6 guests - £177 (£59 x 3)
The fee for Temporary exemptions:
- 1 to 10 guests - £195
- 11 or more guests - £200
