Short-term let fees vary depending on:
- the maximum number of guests
- the type of licence

If you have an occupancy of more than 20, you need to pay £62 for every 1-2 additional guests.
For example:
- 1-2 guests - £62
- 3-4 guests - £124 (£62 x 2)
- 5-6 guests - £186 (£62 x 3)
The fee for Temporary exemptions:
- 1 to 10 guests - £205
- 11 or more guests - £210
