Project Details
This project is located on new land off Foxton Drive, South Glenrothes, at Stenton. Schools, College, local shops and other amenities are located a short distance away.
A total of 42 new affordable homes will be delivered in Glenrothes by Keepmoat Homes, as part of Fife Council’s affordable housing programme. These will be handed over in phases, starting with 12 in early 2024 and a further 30 properties later on in the year.
The first 12 homes handed over include 2-bedroom wheelchair bungalows, 3-bedroom semi-detached houses, 4-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses, and a 5-bedroom specific needs house. These will provide our tenants with warm energy efficient homes, rated at EPC level B. There will be an amenity/play area nearby. The completed development will be constructed to an exceedingly high standard, and will meet Secure by Design standards for security.
These homes will be owned and managed by Fife Council’s Housing Services.
