Current path closures and exemptions
Exemption orders may be used by Fife Council to temporarily remove the legal right of public access from an area for a special purpose.
If there are any current Exemption Orders, they will be listed below.
Requesting an exemption order
If you believe you need an exemption order for your land or the land you manage, email Fife Coast and Countryside Trust at ask.us@fifecountryside.co.uk.
If you need a closure for 6 days or more, you must apply for an exemption order at least 4 months in advance.
