We know that working with numbers can be stressful for many people.

You might find it difficult when:

• Helping children with homework
• Managing household bills
• Using numbers at work

Our free “Help with Numbers” courses are here to support you and build your confidence.

What you will learn

The courses cover:

• Basic numeracy skills
• Simple calculations
• Time and using numbers in daily life
• Work towards national qualifications up to SCQF Level 4 in numeracy .

How the courses work

Classes are small, with around 8 to 10 people. This means you get more support from the tutor. You can learn at your own pace and work towards your own goals.
