Use this form to apply for a licence if you run premises in Fife for boarding cats and/or dogs or are thinking about starting one.
The licence types available are:
- Home Boarding (£137)
- 1 - 20 animals (£165)
- 21 - 49 animals (£223)
- 50 - 99 animals (£325)
- 100+ animals (£366)
- Commercial Dog Day Care 1-20 dogs (£165)
- Commercial Dog Day Care 21-49 dogs (£223)
The licence will be valid from the date that it is granted, until 31st December of that year. Applications will then need to made in October for a renewed licence to begin on the 1st January.
Payment will be requested online at the end of this form using a credit or debit card.
