Reporting a missed bulky uplift

Bulky uplifts take place between 7am and 4:30pm.

Report a missed bulky uplift if your items have not been collected within this timeframe.

Leave your items at the original pick-up location and we will aim to return for them within 5 working days.

If there is a known reason for your items not being uplifted, a member of our team will contact you.
