You can book one bulky uplift collection every four weeks.

Each booking has a maximum allocation of 18 points. You can view all the items we collect and the point values in our items we collect page.

If you have multiple items that make up more than 18 points, you will need to schedule more than one uplift.

Booking confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, your confirmation email is the only record of your collection date and the items booked for collection.

Keep this email for future reference. If you cannot find the email, check your junk or spam folder.

 Our Contact Centre staff use the same booking system and cannot offer you additional dates.
