You can only book online if your vehicle has a UK licence plate.
If you can’t book online, have your vehicle information ready and call 03451 55 00 22.
If your vehicle has a non-UK plate, email hwrc.enquiries@cirecoscotland.co.uk with:
- your name
- your address
- your vehicle details
- the date and time you want to visit
A member of the team will help you with your booking.
Confirmation of your booking
You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been made. You may need to check your junk or spam folders.
If you've not received your confirmation email after 24 hours, email hwrc.enquiries@cirecoscotland.co.uk with your details.
Change or cancel your booking
You must cancel your booking if you are unable to attend. If you make repeated bookings and do not attend, your access may be blocked to our recycling centres.
You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before your appointment time by:
- using the cancellation link from your confirmation email or
- using our online form to cancel your booking
If you want to make changes to your book, you do need to cancel your appointment first, to create a new one with your changes.
