How We Work Matters
How We Work Matters sets out the kind of behaviours that we expect of all Fife Council employees. It covers four areas: Myself, My Team, Our Community, and Our Organisation. Every employee has a part to play. How We Work Matters provides information about what you should know, how you should act and what you should do to create a positive working environment. Some of our role profiles may reference other behaviours but they are all broadly covered within these guidelines.
