We manage three permanent Gypsy/Traveller sites. Each site has a dedicated Site Manager.
Residents pay rent and Council Tax.

- Tarvit Mill, Cupar (East Fife) - 16 pitches
- Heathery Wood, Thornton (Central Fife) - 18 pitches
- Thornton Wood, Kelty (West Fife) - 12 pitches
What is provided on each pitch
Each pitch has space for:
- a residential caravan or tourer
- one or two vehicles
Each pitch also includes either:
- a chalet, or
- an amenity unit with kitchen and bathing facilities
Request a pitch on a Fife Council site
You can request a pitch on one of Fife Council's permanent Gypsy/Traveller sites by completing the initial contact form.
What happens next
- complete the initial contact form
- a Site Manager will assess your request
- if you meet the criteria for a pitch, we will contact you to arrange an appointment
- you will then be invited to complete a full application
