Report other changes
Tell us if there have been any changes to your household. This could be:
- someone has joined or left your household
- your child is now 18 years old
- you've changed your name
- you've got divorced
- your property is no longer empty
- someone in your household no longer receives benefits, for example a student, carer, apprentice
If you need help or support to report a change, book a phone call or in-person appointment at one of our Customer Service Centres.
If you require an interpreter to be at your appointment, do not book online. Call 03451 55 11 55 (option 2) and we will arrange this for you.
