Our Facilities
Sports hall
Our three-court-sized sports hall is an ideal space for a wide range of activities. Whether you're planning a weekly fitness class, a friendly game of five-a-side, or an energetic kids’ session, the hall offers a bright, well-maintained environment perfect for:

Dance studio

IT/learning suite
Our IT/learning suite is equipped with 12 Windows PCs, providing a perfect environment for:

Our fully equipped Teaching Kitchen includes eight workstations, including an accessible station, making it ideal for:

This meeting space is adjoined by a Jack/Jill door to the dance studio and is great for:

Fitness room
The fitness suite, equipped with 11 stations, offers a variety of cardio and strength equipment to suit all training requirements.
Why not enjoy a workout in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere on the latest fitness equipment, including treadmills, upright bikes and cross trainers.
Kelty library
Located within the Centre, Kelty library is a modern and inviting space offering a wide range of services to the community. Patrons can borrow books across various genres and formats, including large print and audiobooks, access public computers equipped with internet, and utilise facilities such as photocopying, printing, and free Wi-Fi. The library also hosts engaging activities like children's rhyme times, storytelling, and craft sessions, fostering a love for reading and learning among younger visitors. With its fully accessible facilities and free car parking, Kelty Library serves as a welcoming hub for knowledge, creativity, and community connection.

For organisations requiring privacy, our interview room is suitable for:

Our colourful creche room is ideal for young or family groups with access to small kitchen facilities. It’s a great space for trying to bring people together in a more casual, creative setting.

Active travel route & facilities
Walking and Cycling Paths: Kelty Community Centre is well-connected to the surrounding area by a network of walking and cycling paths, encouraging safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly ways to travel. Local paths link Kelty with Cowdenbeath and surrounding areas, making the Centre easily accessible on foot or by bike.
Cycle Parking & Maintenance: To support active travel, the Centre provides convenient cycle parking. Visitors arriving by bike are welcome to make use of these facilities during their visit.

Bus services
Several local bus services connect Kelty to neighbouring towns and villages, with stops just a short walk from the Kelty Community Centre. Popular routes include:
- Stagecoach Service 17 & 18: Connecting Cowdenbeath to Kelty.
- Stagecoach Service 55: Linking Edinburgh to Perth via Kelty.
- Stagecoach Service 7B: Serving the Kelty area and offering regular links to Dunfermline.
