This May, we’re improving the road network near Leslie. We’ll be replacing ironworks and patching sections of the A911 from Leslie to Auchmuir Bridge from Monday 11 May to Friday 22 May 2026.
Location
The A911 is a key route into Leslie from the west. For safety reasons, this section of road will be closed to through traffic during the works. Access will be maintained for residents and emergency services at all times.
Thank you for your patience and co-operation as we improve the road network.
Works Programme

The project will involve:
- ironwork repairs
- patching sections of road
- Working hours - Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm
- Road closure will be 24 hours a day.
- All roadworks are weather dependent and may be rescheduled.
Bus Services

Communications
Updates will be provided through our social media channels and website. Road signs will be displayed at key locations to warn road users of the roadworks.
