People living in Hill of Beath and Lumphinnans are being invited to help shape the future of their communities by taking part in a free, family-friendly "Picture My Place" workshop.

Fife Council, working with Coalfields Regeneration Trust and Public Health Scotland, is inviting residents of all ages to attend the workshop as part of the development of new Community Action Plans for both communities.

The events will give local people the opportunity to share what they value most about their area, discuss local priorities and identify ideas that could help make their community an even better place to live over the next five years. The Hill of Beath workshop will take place at:

Hill of Beath Picture My Place Workshop
Saturday 24 October 2026, 11am to 2pm
Hill of Beath Community Centre

Lumphinnans Picture My Place Workshop
Saturday 7 November 2026, 11am to 2pm
Lumphinnans Bowling Club

The drop-in sessions are free to attend and will include interactive mapping activities, refreshments, children's craft activities and face painting, making them an opportunity for the whole family to get involved. Anyone who lives, works or spends time in either community is encouraged to come along and help shape future priorities for their area.

No booking is required - simply drop in and share your ideas.
