Members of the Kirkcaldy Area Committee have agreed that the £60,750 underspend in various area budgets will go the Adam Smith Global Foundation and Kirkcaldy Lottery. 
The underspend is because at the time of agreeing the budgets last April, project costs were estimated.
The Adam Smith Global Foundation will receive £41,850 to help towards its running costs, with £18,900 going to the Kirkcaldy Lottery.
