The Abbeyview Working Group said: “We’re grateful to everyone who took the time to vote. This process is about giving residents a real say in shaping their community and the chosen projects reflect what matters most to local people.

"We’re excited to see these ideas come to life.”

Each of the successful projects aims to support local priorities identified by the Abbeyview Working Group, including community wellbeing, activities for young people and environmental improvements.

Cllr James Calder, Convener of the City of Dunfermline Area Committee, added: “I want to thank all the groups and individuals who submitted proposals and everyone who came out to vote. These projects will bring real and lasting benefits to Abbeyview."

Funding agreements will now be arranged with each group and projects are expected to begin over the coming months.
