This summer, we’re investing £126,000 improving the roads in the centre of Leven. We'll be resurfacing Riverside Roundabout, Riverside Road, Glenlyon Roundabout, Aitken Street and Leven Vale from Monday 30 June to Friday 11 July 2025.
To carry out the works safely and reduce inconvenience to businesses and the travelling public, the works will be carried out mid-evening and overnight. A series of phased road closures will be used to maintain access and a signed diversion will be in place during the works. The closures will be removed after the end of each shift, allowing normal access during the day.
Location
Riverside Road is a main access road for Leven Retail Park. These works will have an impact on traffic flow and possibly cause delays.
We'll maintain access for emergency services but access for residents will be at the contractor’s discretion. All local businesses will be open as usual.
Buses will be affected, for more bus information please contact Stagecoach on 01592 645680 or visit www.stagecoachbus.com.
Thank you for your patience and co-operation as we improve the road network in Leven.
