Community cooking and food surveyResidents across the Cowdenbeath area are being invited to share their views on local food and education initiatives through a new survey launched by Fife Council.

We're looking for the views of people who live in the Cowdenbeath Area Committee area (Ward 7 and Ward 8) and includes the communities of :- Auchterderran, Ballingry, Bowhill, Cardenden, Cowdenbeath, Crossgates, Crosshill, Cluny, Dundonald, Glencraig, Hill of Beath, Lochgelly, Lochore, Lumphinans and Kelty.

The Community Food and Education Survey aims to gather feedback from local people to help shape future support around food access, cooking skills, and community learning opportunities.

Cllr Alex Campbell, Cowdenbeath Area Committee Convenor, encouraged residents to take part:“We know how important food and education are to the wellbeing of our communities. This survey is a chance for local voices to be heard and help guide future support. Whether it’s tackling food insecurity or promoting healthy eating and learning, your views matter. I urge everyone to take a few minutes to share their thoughts and help us build stronger and healthier communities.”
