Camby Burn Path to be refurbished thanks to Common Good Fund

Camby Burn Path, located near Minks Walk and the Back Braes in Leslie, is set to be refurbished thanks to funding from the Camby Burn Path, Leslie Common Good Fund.

Members of the Glenrothes Area Committee have approved £6,750 towards the improvement works, which will enhance a well-used walking route just along from Quarry Park.

The refurbishment will include levelling the path to allow for a new top surface layer and clearing overgrown vegetation on either side to improve access and visibility.

Councillor John Beare, Convener of the Glenrothes Area Committee, said:
“Our Grounds Maintenance team is also contributing to this project, which will improve visibility, accessibility and safety for everyone who uses the path.”
