Transportation Services are responsible for the repair of all street lighting faults.
If permanent traffic lights are not working please call our fault phone number.
Non-working or faulty street lights and damaged lighting can be reported:
- Using the online form below;
- By calling 03451 550011 between 8 am and 6 pm (for out of hours emergencies, please report faults on 03451 550099 immediately), or
- In person at your Customer service centre.
