Service Update
A number of residents parking zones in Fife are currently suspended (see table below). If you live in one of these zones, there is currently no need to apply for, or renew, residents permits at this time. This suspension applies only to time limited waiting where there is a residents exemption. All other restrictions and time limits remain enforceable and should be observed.If you live in an area shown in bold in the table, the restrictions are enforceable. You must have a valid permit for your vehicle or observe the time restrictions which are in place. Details on the residents parking zones, including how to apply for a permit, can be found within the publications at the bottom of this page.

TEMPORARY CHANGE OF VEHICLE
Your resident’s parking permit can be temporarily transferred to a courtesy/hire/new vehicle providing your named vehicle is off the public road. You must immediately email parking.permits@fife.gov.uk to advise of this change and the length of time you wish the change to apply (maximum 14 days).
This temporary dispensation is only valid for 14 days from when you have dated it.
