This Privacy Notice explains how we use the information that we collect about you.
Fife Council use the personal information provided by you as a Community Testing Centre volunteer in order to contact you and/or send text messages to you.
In order to provide this service, it is necessary for us to collect and hold personal information about you. We will do this as part of our official authority/public task.
The personal information we will gather and use includes your name and mobile number so that we can contact you and other centre stakeholders, via individual messages and wider notifications to inform you of any changes to, and important announcements about, the centre operations, such as centre closures or alteration to start times.
We may share information from other partners, such as the NHS or third-sector organisations if it is relevant to the centre operation and may be useful to you in your role.
In the event we did not request and use this information, then it would not be possible to provide this service.
The Council will not keep your information for longer than is necessary.
