Project Details
The new development at West Road, Saline, is situated on what was previously farmland. It will bring a mixture of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom properties, including general needs houses, amenity bungalows, wheelchair specific bungalows, and a social hub house for use by residents of the development.
This development is one of the projects from Fife Council's Transitional Affordable Housing Programme which plans to deliver 1,200 new affordable homes across all areas of Fife. It is being built for the Council in partnership with Stanley Brash Construction.
The new homes will provide tenants with energy efficient homes, which includes solar panels to help reduce utility costs. The properties will also meet Scottish Government Sustainability standards, Housing for Varying Needs, and Secure By Design.
